Own-run hotels
We run several of our own hotels in France, Italy and Austria where we tailor our service exactly to the needs of RocketSki customers. These hotels are all in great resorts and we invest every year to keep up the standards.
A Warm Welcome
We select our staff with great care and you can take the friendliness, enthusiasm and hospitality totally for granted. Our staff are mostly British, so there are no language problems, but we like to preserve the identity of the host country to improve the atmosphere.
Great Value
Our own-run hotels are all two or three stars and they operate specifically for Rocketski skiers. We can therefore pass on considerable savings to our customers.
Après Ski
Our staff organise lively après ski in which of course you can participate or not, as you please. You will find our hotel staff just as friendly and helpful as our office staff.
Christmas and New Year
We organise a special meal and entertainment in our hotels to make sure your evening goes with a swing!
ClubHotel Board
We take care with the food in all the hotels we run ourselves and our chefs are flexible. First thing, before a hard day's skiing, there's a substantial buffet breakfast with cereal, cold meats and cheese, as well as the usual rolls and jam. To drink, there's juice, coffee, tea and chocolate.
Dinner is a social event with 3 good courses of food and plenty of it. The warm and convivial atmosphere means you are bound to make new friends. On one day of the week the restaurant staff have a day off so you need to buy dinner. We always plan this as part of your après ski entertainment and will book a high value fun-filled evening in a local restaurant if you wish.
Vegetarians
In all our ClubHotels we offer an excellent vegetarian choice. We are unable to cater for Vegan and religious diets.
Smoking
We operate a strictly no smoking policy in all our hotels.
Chalets
Chalet holidays are all about friends, fun and hospitality. You are bound to make new friends chatting about the day's events over dinner. Our chalets are all different but what they all have in common is a good position, excellent food, and a brilliant house party atmosphere. All our chalet holidays include free coffee, tea and cakes after skiing and wine with dinner.
Chalet Board
We employ excellent hosts and housekeepers who take care of your creature comforts and are very much a part of the social scene during your holiday. They know the skiing and will have lots of local information for you. For breakfast, there is a substantial buffet with ham, salami, cheese and cereals in addition to the usual bread and preserves. When you come back from skiing there's always cakes and coffee or tea, and at dinner, three excellent courses with free wine.
Cook’s Night Off
On one day of the week, the host has a day off so you need to buy dinner. We always plan this as part of your après ski entertainment and will book a high value fun-filled evening in a local restaurant if you wish.
