Self Catering Apartments - Serre Chevalier L'Alpaga
The Pierre & Vacances Alpaga apartments are located in the heart of the village of Villeneuve. The 3* apartments are well positioned for both access to the slopes and all local amenities. The Pontillas lift is only 200 metres from the apartment reception and the local supermarket, shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The Alpaga is the ideal residence for people on a budget but who still require a central location and good quality accommodation.

There are 145 comfortable and well equipped apartments in total. All apartments have en suites and fully equipped kitchens (electric hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator). Linen and bath towels are provided on arrival. Each apartment has a ski locker for secure storage of equipment.

Apartments types (depending on availability):

• 1 Bedroom apartment for 4-5 people - Living room with 2 single sofa beds and 1 pullout bed.1 bedroom with a double bed.
• 1 Bedroom apartment for 6-7 people - Living room with 2 single sofa beds + 1 pullout bed. Some apartments are duplex. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 cabin with bunk beds.

IMPORTANT - Please note that apartments must be cleaned before departure and cleaning kits can be purchased at reception. A 200€ refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required by the residence on arrival.
