    The following conditions will apply:
  • Free Places are calculated on package holidays only. (Flights, Accommodation and Transfers).
  • Hotel and Flight Supplements and other services are payable by the person representing the free place.
  • Free Places will be calculated on the passengers travelling on the lowest package price.
  • Free places are calculated on full fare paying passengers only – passengers travelling on a free place or reduced rates do not count towards the total group size.
  • A deposit payment is required by all passengers travelling
  • Later additions can join the group, but they will not qualify for further free places. If cancellations arise, it may be necessary to re-cost your holiday price as the number of full fare paying passengers may decrease and therefore, the group may no longer qualify for a free place/s.
  • Free places cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, such as special discounts or very late sale offers. Multi – bedded room reductions do not apply to passengers travelling on a free place,
